SANTOSHA 200 & 500 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

NEXT TRAINING SESSION BEGINS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2010.

The 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training includes instruction about the many different styles and forms of yoga along with detailed instruction on the asanas (poses) to assist with healing particular areas of the body. Study ancient Yoga texts and learn Yoga Therapy. Our posture practice is based on a comparative study of the major styles instructed in the U.S. Upon graduation, students will receive a certificate which will enable them to teach yoga at gyms, resorts, colleges, spas and yoga studios.

HEALING CLASSES

Reiki 1 Class
Thursday, August 26, 2010 , 11am–3pm. w/ Barbara and Aimee.
Receive Reiki attunements and learn to transfer healing energy to self and others.
Fee: $175.

Reiki 2 Class
Date TBA , 1–5pm. w/ Barbara and Aimee.
Includes manual and crystals, attunement, initiation into Reiki 2, instruction in chakra and crystal healing techniques, plenty of practice time.
Fee: $225.

Advanced Reiki 3 Training
Date TBA, 11–3pm. w/ Barbara and Aimee.
Includes manual, attunement to master energies, advanced meditation and energy techniques including manifesting. Bring lunch.

Reiki Master Teacher Training

Learn how to teach and pass attunemets initiating others into the the Usui and Tibetan Reiki 1, 2, 3, and Master Teacher energies. Includes manual and plenty of practice time.

Bruno Groening Circle of Friends Lecture
Healing on the Spiritual Path through the Teachings of Bruno Groening -
a simple natural way to help and healing approved by physicians
Friday, August 27th. 7pm.
You are invited to attend this FREE lecture. Healing of severe chronic illnesses and even so called “incurable” conditions will be presented. During the lecture you have the opportunity to experience the healing power for yourself. You can utilize this power for your own health and for those you love.

There is no incurable
The basis of the lectures is the teaching of Bruno Groening, who lived in Germany from 1906-1959. In his lifetime, extraordinary healings occurred during his lectures, which gave him worldwide recognition. He spoke of a power that comes from God which can be easily absorbed by everyone. This divine power was referred to by Bruno Groening as the “healing stream” or the Heilstrom.

Ceremony of Light ~ Andean Despacho Ritual

The Ceremony of Light is an act of love and a reminder of the connections we share with all beings, elements, spirits and sacred places. At the deepest level, it is an opportunity to enter into the essential unity of all things, the living energy of the universe. It is a beautiful and very ancient process working through the lineage of the Inka. Together we assemble a prayer bundle, blowing our breath into prayer leaves, red and white flower petals and placed with care and intention into a paper base. We use many different elements of seeds and sweets and symbolic items to create the energy. It is created in sacred space with a child-like appeal. We are reminded to be playful as well as sacred. Once this is created and wrapped each person is then wiped clean with the Despacho of all 'Hucha' or dense energy in their luminous field. We then burn or bury this gift. Burning it is very magical.

We will gather and pray together through ancient processes - assembling our reality in that moment, shifting ALL time and space in the past, present and future during the ritual of the Despacho - a sacred offering to Mother Earth and the Stars. This offering is then passed over the physical body so that we may cleanse and release all dense energies we have been holding onto. Transmissions of energy codes are then available for us to receive. These seeds of light are known in this tradition as the Inka Karpays.

This is an act of unconditional love...in Quechuan, 'Tupay Munay Nio'.
