Aimee and Barbara thank you all for your
joyful participation in the Santosha Yoga/Pilates classes.
We love to see your faces all lit up as you rise out
of sahvasana (meditation) after an exhilarating Yoga/Pilates
class and walk out the door all aglow. We are truly grateful
to have such bright lights attending our classes. We
enjoy each and everyone of you. The practice of yoga
is a treasure chest full of crest jewels. We will continue
to share with you all we know about yoga and its benefits.
